King of the dorms - VAÖ

Hello all!

If You manage to come to Graz for a couple of months, You will easily find Yourself a dorm, because Graz is a big and crowded university- and student-focused city. Students, Pubs, Universities, Campuses and Accomodation opportunities show a large variety. But! if You want to live in a dream-dorm, You have to choose the one and only VAÖ dorm. The dorm is situated in the chillest and greenest region of the city. Peacefulness at its maximum!

Located on the line of tram 1, Jakominiplatz, the University of Arts, the Opera, the Technical Uni can be all reached easily from the dorm, and with only one transfer You can reach Uni-Graz and the Main Train Station as well. Nearby the dorm Billa and Spar are available for shopping, and the city's best bakery called: Kern, is at just the end of the street. Cool place, huh?

But on the other side, if You want to explore nature, and escape 'into the wild', than Hilmteich Botanical Garden or Leechwald forest are close, just few minutes walk. These places are perfect for running, walking, hiking, meditation and relaxation. Pedestrian ways and bike patches as well assure Your safety, no car trafic, no noise, just chilling in nature.

The dorm has laundry room, fitness room, big dining rooms, kitchens, balcony, spatious rooms and corridors, friendly halls, even tv- and community rooms, and the best is here to come: a rooftop convenient for sunbathing, making a barbecue, or just muscle stretching after a good run. The view is amazing!
