Part time German Speaking Marketing Assistant – Green Film Festival

> Paris & Deauville in June 2018 for 10 days (hotel and transport covered)

Wage: €400 per month net (20hr/week, 4 afternoons a week) + Incentives

This is part of a serie of 3 internships as Sales & Marketing Assistants for French, English OR German native speakers.

Description:

Joining a young and international team in our Granada office, you will operate in Sales and Marketing Development during the launch of the 7th‘Deauville Green Awards’, the International Film Festival for Sustainability and Eco-innovations.

Key tasks will include:

➢ Participation in sales campaign for film registration and Festival: you will actively call german speaking production companies, filmmakers, NGOs, corporations and public institutions working in the fields of Ecology or Social Responsibility to encourage them to submit their films in the competition and to attend the Festival in June 2018.

➢ PR & Partners Management: Active prospection of journalists, magazines and websites as well as professional networks around films, ecology and social responsibility. Autonomous follow-up of various types of daily collaboration with our existing media partners and sponsors, on-schedule reception/provision of texts and graphics for visibility exchanges, interviews of key speakers, etc.

➢ Editing of informative and promotional content of various Festival communication documents, promotional emails, newsletters, press releases, Festival and partner websites, banners, web-videos, printed material and social media.

➢ Assist in the running of the Festival, in Paris and Deauville2 weeks in June 2018

Candidate’s profile:

➢ Excellent phoning skills

➢ Thorough, proactive and organized. Able to work alone and as part of a team

➢ Very good German (native speaker if possible)

The Deauville Green Awards is the International Film Festival for Sustainable Development which rewards the best industry actors for audiovisual production on Sustainability and CSR.

The competition includes 14 categories and 3 competitions – Documentaries / Information films / Spots – and brings together the best of the international audiovisual industry.
