Two girls look for flat near UGR :)

We are looking for a flat near the Education School and the Fine Arts one. We're looking for something between 200-230, if we find anything cheaper would be great. We are staying from October to February.
We'd like to find a good flat, with space (rooms with space, if the bed is big the better, if not, it is not a problem) and light. The house as to have at least two rooms because we want to stay in the same flat.
One of us smokes but not smoking is not an issue.
