I am a French-Spanish student and I have already bookd a 3 bedroom appartment in Cartuja area that will be fully renovated during the summer 2023.
I am looking for serious people, who like a tv evening a boardgame and cooking... no parties, but guests allowed (short stays).
Absolutely no drugs, no smoking and no pets (for allergy reasons).
Nice neighbourhood (do not listen to prejudice about Cartuja area, I really love it here).
