Looking for roommate starting January

Hello everybody!

I'm leaving my flat and I'm looking for someone interested on cover my room spot. All the furniture has been renovated exactly a year ago by the landlord, including washing machine and beds. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. The price is 250€ per month, heating included, electricity costs are not included and are divided between the 4 of us (never exceeded 30€). The flat is located in Calle Artesano Molero, close to the Faculty of Fuentenueva (Science and Engineering grades are there) and 7 minutes from Pedro Antonio. There are plenty of supermarkets less than 2 minutes away, pharmacies and bus and metro stops within 5 minutes walking distance (also the train station is 10 minutes away, so you can visit other cities).

The landlord is very communicative and can help you if any requirement is needed.

We are looking for people to stay in starting at January.
