Looking for 2 Roommates for 23/24 course in Granada

Hello everybody!
I'm looking for flatmates for the academic year 23/24. At the moment I have already booked the flat and there are 2 rooms available: one of them with a double bed and the other with a single bed. All the furniture has been renovated less than a year ago by the landlord. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. The price is 250€ per month, heating included, electricity costs are not included and are divided between the 4 of us. The flat is located in Calle Artesano Molero, close to the Faculty of Fuentenueva and 7 minutes from Pedro Antonio. There are plenty of supermarkets less than 2 minutes away, pharmacies and bus and metro stops within 5 minutes walking distance (the train station is 10 minutes away).
We are looking for people to stay for the whole course, or in case of staying for a semester to look for a replacement.
