Female 21 student looking for flat in Granada near university

I'm a 21 year old student coming to Granada to learn Spanish. I like to meet new people and go out but also prefer to live in a quieter area. I would like a clean apartment that is not too old that way there are not too many problems with it. I am looking for female roommates, preferably that speak a little English but could help me learn Spanish. I would like roommates that are sociable and respectful to their other roommates.I want to live near the university and close to other local places that people hang out.  I would prefer a room with its own bathroom but I am flexible on that.
