Hi guys! 

My name is Desirée. I'm looking for two new roomies for the course 2015/2016. Clean, easygoing and nice people, boys or girls.

About the apartment: 

It is a three rooms apartment in Capuchinos, next to a big supermarket, fruit store, bakery, pharmacy, and most important: really close to Cartuja campus and Medicine faculty, also there is a bus stop in the street next to with buses to Cartuja. And close to Gran Vía. Perfect location!!

The apartment has a balcony, a small bathroom, living room and the rooms are big, medium and small. The hot water works by electricity and the cooker by gas. The furniture is not really "fashion" but it is in good conditions, fair price thought, I'm talking with the agency about change some stuff. It cost 510 per month (170 per person) bills not included. Is it possible to visit it.

About me:

I'm 21 years old Spanish girl and I study Modern Languages and Literatures. Right now I'm doing my erasmus but sadly I have to come back. I'm really clean and respectful, I don't smoke. 

I'm really calm and easygoing, also enjoy hanging out or spending some time with my roomies.

My diet is vegan, never had problem with my roomies because of that, actually, I love to cook (maybe some cakes for sharing ;)).

I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese.
