28 year old PhD student (Univesidad do Granada, Bellas Artes Faculty) looking for accomodation in Granada

 Hi ! I am Sebastian, I am Polish student coming to Granada to study Fine Arts (PhD )for  Erasmus exchange (5 month,fall semester, but since the end September/yhe beggining of October). I am quite organizated, sociable and out going person, up to meet new people, and sharing experiences from various backrounds. However I don't look for kind of "party flat", because of my duties (research, freelance projects). I am looking for people (gender doesn't matter ),who are  open, and respect different point of view. Would be great to share a flat in the center of Granada,maximum price: 200, up to 250  euros, with a central heating and wi fi. The more sunny the better.
Unfortunately I don't speak spanish,( just english and native polish), but I'd like to practice each of a languages I could come across in a flat ;)
