24 year old university student looking for accomodation in Goteborg

I am going to be studying at the University of Gothenburg for 2 years in the master program Global Studies. I am a 24 years old Hungarian girl, and I am willing to share the apartment with my boyfriend, who is also going to be studying at the University of Gothenburg as well, Psychologie MA. He is from Finland and he is 29 years old. 

Both of Us we have been living together in Hungary for almost 1,5 years together. We are pretty quiet and we don't have any pets, nor we play any instrument. We are both very tidy and we clean on a daily basis. We like to keep our surroundings organized and very tidy. We are both very reliable we play on time, and we keep the apartment in the same - if not only better - condition as we got it. 

We are looking for a place which is not too big (between 25 sqm and 60 sqm). It doesn't not necessarily needs to be close to the city center, but we would like to have it at least in 1 hour (by public transportation) distance. We prefer furnished, but buying some new furniture is not a problem either. Our price range is 7000 SEK maximum.
