Company description:
Our collaborator is an hotel located in Tossa de Mar (Costa Brava). At 2,5 km to the beach, this hotel has a perfect localization. They offer different kind of accommodations for the tourists and a lot of services in a lovely surroundings. Currently, they are looking for an intern to join their team for this summer period. The intern will work at the reception of the hotel.
Position: Receptionist
Tasks:
- Respond to customer requests such as check-in and check-out,
- Assisting in the Front Office as required providing information and customer service;
- Reservation management, sales management,
- Answering telephone and email inquiries,
Requirements:
- Fluent in French
- Tranning agreement from the university
Availability:
June for a minimum of 3 months
