Im not a side trance fan! but GOA's culture seriously infuses you with side trance that after the 3rd day, you become accustomed to it! Yet its one of the most amazing experiences ever! Must try! and a friendly recommendation, please do try the "Red Door Hostel" 

The people are friendly and super helpful! you might encounter some scammers but in every touristic country you will have the same problem! Didnt have the courage to try the street food though! yet my friend did and she had a superb experience! I honestly went vegan all the way during the trip.

The hostel is near the ocean, 2 minutes away yet i advice you to remember that on your way back from a beach party because at some point everything looked the same! you will meet amazing people in the hostel as well! not to mention how friendly and welcoming the staff members were with us
