Looking for a room near Glasgow vet school/West End

Hello, I am a qualified vet from Thailand. I will be doing a 3-yr PhD in Animal welfare at the UofGlasgow Vet school, starting in October 2018. :) I worked for 2 years as a vet in Thailand and as a research assistant in the UK. I studied MSc in also Animal welfare at the UofGlasgow main campus last year. So I've been around Glasgow before.

I'm looking mainly for a warm house with enough warm water to shower and fast internet. Ensuite would be preferred (but shared is fine) and it would be great to be near the vet school but if not I would consider Great Western Road/ Byres Road or a place near a train station and shops.

I like my place to be neat and clean. I do cook but not a lot. I love travelling and making new friends. I drink but I'm not going out a lot to pubs/parties. I don't smoke at all and I like animals (your pets are very welcome).
