Looking for 1 roommate to Terraced house!

Hello, 3 Polish students (one girl, two guys) are looking for one English speaking flatmate to share a terraced house in Glasgow. Flat after renovation, with new windows, gas heating installed. Price - 450 pounds per month without bills for all, so per person it will be 112,5 pounds, with bills let's round up this price to max 150 pounds per person. 2 bedroom Terraced house is spacious, with nice kitchen and bathroom, there is also a garden. House is located on London Rd near Celtic Park, district is nice and quiet, close to many parks About 10-15 minutes to city center by 1 bus. As regards housing, 2 people on each bedroom (2 single beds in one bedroom). We are looking for nice, responsible person, preferably for 2 semesters, from September to June, but exchange students for 1 semester are also very welcome!
