Naturkimia is a European manufacturer of chemical specialties with more than 20 years of experience, producing and developing professional deodorizing solutions for portable sanitation under our brand WC BLUE NET.
All our products are formulated and manufactured in Europe, including in-house fragrance development.

We are currently expanding in Eastern Europe and looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to develop and grow the Polish market.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Polish market for WC BLUE NET products

• Actively prospect and open new customers (portable sanitation operators, distributors and rental companies)

• Manage quotations, negotiations and closing of sales

• Follow up orders and coordinate with internal departments (production & logistics)

• Maintain long-term customer relationships

• Represent the company and the brand in Poland (calls, visits, fairs and meetings)

• Support marketing actions and adapt communication to the local market

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Profile

• Native Polish speaker (mandatory)

• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills

• Proactive and autonomous personality

• Ability to build trust with customers

• Experience in B2B sales (industrial, chemical or technical products valued)

• Willingness to travel
