Looking for accommodation for March and April in Girona

I am a 27 years old vet going to stay for two months in IRTA. I am from Brazil and I like to meet new people and to know diferent places and cultures. I am looking for a cheap accommodation with funny, clean and respectful roommates. It would be nice to stay in downtown, close to the markets and public transport. I don't smoke and I would prefer roommates that also do not smoke. I like(love) pets, so for me it is not a problem to live with animals. I would prefer a single room but I don't care to share a room if the price worth it :).
