Trade Show/Conference Assistant (Ghent, Belgium)

Job Description:

The Conference Assistant coordinates and assists our company during the trade show to ensure all aspects of marketing and advertising are well planned and run smoothly. The Ideal candidate is extremely organized, well-spoken with an outgoing and energetic personality, fluent in english and preferably any other European language and able to work in a fast pace environment.  The assistant will be trained on the know-how of our company in order to talk to clients during the conference.

The duration for this job will last from July 1-4 2018 and will take place during the Core Technologies for Life Science Conference (CTLS) in Ghent, Belgium. 

Additional Qualifications:

• Available full time during July 1-4
• Appropriate professional attire
• Prior sales/customer service experience preferred
• Multilingual 
• Preferably Undergraduate or Graduate Student
• Sales aptitude
• Work with integrity in all interactions
