short term contract, for any type of accomodation

hi im from the philippines but i am an italian student from rome studying master in architecture and i am going in sint lucas university in ghent. i am 22, im looking for short term contract of 5 month starting from septeber 2018 in ghent, i prefer a shared apartment or a dorm with a budget of maximum 400 euro, there is no preferences if it is shared whith a male or female, preferably with other students, I like different culture and meet with new persons. i speak in english but i am takoing courses of dutch
