Looking for a roommate or a studio

Hello, I will be joining ghent university as a PhD student of IDLAB from 1 December. My workplace would be in zwijnaarde, technologie park. It would be great if I can any accommodation near to it. I prefer to stay with a Indian guy but it's okay if can't find any. Also I am a non smoker and don't want my roommate too to smoke inside. Also don't want ank kind of disturbance as well. I am not kinda party guy. Thanks.
