Looking for a flat for the first semester

I am a sutdent in Agronomy. I am 22 years old. I am very convenient and very easy to live. I have just some habits concerning the hygiene of the place which must be clean. I would like to share an apartment with roomates where everybody can have his own room and his own space which permits everyone to have his privacy. 

I really enjoy the fact to share a place with other people because it permits to meet other people and students and it is very important for me to discover students in other fields than mine.
