Art history student looking for a room in Ghent

I am an art history student from Latvia, currently doing an exchange in Manchester and about to go to Ghent for second semester. 

I am sociable and open, but just as much really appreciate having my own space. My main requirements for the accomodation would be that the common use areas are kept clean and tidy. Wouldn't mind living in a relatively small space if it is cheap. 

As for roommates - would love to share similar interests, but no problem if we don't. Won't bother you if you don't want to communnicate, but I do enjoy having some wine in the evening and talking about life, philosophies and arts, and I may as well be a good listener if needed. : )
