accommodation for erasmus student

I am a PhD student in Ghent Uinversity Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, and I am looking for a room (or studios/ apartment, or else) to rent from the beginning of October until the end of August 2016 (10 months).
I prefer furnished studios with private toilet, private kitchen and Internet.
