29 y/o Female, looking for accommodation near UGent from September to end January

I am looking for an apartment or room near UGent's Faculty of Bioscience Engineering and will stay there for only 6 months starting September 1, 2015.
I'm Female, Asian, mostly organized but not too obsessive-compulsive. I am used to living in flats/studio apartments, and have always been staying in dorm-type hostels when I travel. I can cook and clean! :) Can share a room, though I will just need my own space for studying and some exercising.
