I’m Abhinav. I’m a non-EU masters student at Ghent University starting September 2020. Right now, I can’t arrange a visit but I will be in Ghent in September. If everything goes accordingly, I will be staying at a temporary accommodation for around a week. We can arrange a visit so I get to see the place (inventory) for myself, and then I can sign the lease and make the deposit. Kindly let me know about what is included and what’s not in the rent, and deposit amount for the same.
