25 years old girl looking for accommodation in Gent

I am brazilian, starting Business college in september, in Gent. 

I am clean, organized and mostly quiet. I consider myself open minded and easy going. I will study fulltime and work on evenings. I love to cook, and I wouldn't mind cooking for others once I will do it for myself. I appreciate sharing tasks, in a schedule, if needed. I can do all households pretty well. I like the idea of sharing a place, since I will be new in town, I guess it would be nice to meet people and not feeling lonely. I mostly don't mind guests, parties, etc., as soon we are able to talk about it in advance, and the mess don't stay for me to deal with when the fun part is over. If you are a spoiled kid, who thinks your laundry shows up clean in your closet for a miracle, or if you are not capable of cleaning up the table after eating, and puting your stuff in the dishwasher/washing them, don't even bother contacting me, I had bad experiences enough with people like this. 

I speak English, Portuguese (if you want i can help you with that), French (should be better), and kind of Italian. I will start to study Dutch in september.
