25 years old boy is looking for accommodation in Gent

I am 25 years old boy, looking for an accomadation to stay during my studies in Gent. I am a full degree law student (Master of Laws) and l will be studying in Gent for 12 months. I am looking for a place where each has its own room. I prefer to share a place with polite , relaxed, nice people. I can pay max, 270 EUR.  Take into consideration that l am also ready to share a place for a half of year (6 months) if anyone has such an option. Therefore, if anyone has already found a place to stay in the above mentioned price and is looing for a flatmate, please email me.
