22 year old guy, looking for accommodation in Gent (Sep-Dec)

I'm an exchange student from Norway, and I'm going to study at Mariakerke this Autumn. That's why I'm looking for a place to stay while studying here in Gent.
In Norway I'm renting an apartment with 2 friends (1 male and 1 female). And before that I had another flatshare were we was 8 people, mixed gender too. It would be nice with my own bathroom but I'm used to have a shared bathroom and kitchen.
I don't smoke and prefer a place that didn't smoke. I'm a quite and calm person but I love to meet new people. I'm also the PR- Manager at our student-tavern, so I would prefer a home that's quiet when we're going to sleep.
