21 year old girl, looking for a accommodatio in Ghen

Hi out there!
I am looking for a student room (or any other possible accommodation) from Sep-2017 to January-2018 in GHENT due to my mobility.
I would be very pleased if the accomodation counts with a private shower/toilet and a private kitchen. However, if that it is not possible I could share the space with some others. (I have been in Sheffield during another Erasmus this school year, so I know how to live in group)
Besides, I am really friendly, I am non-smoker and I have not a pet, so I hope that there will not be problems, in that sense, with any landlord.
