20 year old psychology student looking for accomodation in Gent

Accomodation in Gent
I'm a 20-year-old student form Barcelona, Spain, I'm on the third year of psychology and I am going to study abroad in Gent since September 2016 until January 2017 (just for the first semester).
I am looking for an accommodation of any kind with or without roommates but it has to have internet access (WiFi or just cable internet), a bathroom, kitchen (with microwave and oven), and it would be great if it has a washing machine. The maximum price I will pay will be 350 €. I don't smoke.
Location: next to the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of the UGent, (Faculteit Psychologie en Pedagogische Wetenschappen; Henri Dunantlaan 2, 9000 Gent). I think it's in a district called Malem.
