20 year old me looking for accomodation in Gent, a nice flat-mate i think i will be:)

First of all, I'm studying translation and interpreting.
-Languages, people and culture are what I'm feeding with. Thus,I'm pretty easy-going when it comes to human relations.
-Not smoking.
AS A FLAT-MATE,
-I'll be quite clean and neat, helpful and sharing.
-I'd love to spend quality time with my flat mate and be friends, however, if you prefer to stay on your own I'll respect the line you'll draw.If you party in the flat, i'll join, if you wanna take your time i'll be silent. I've shared flats with some foreigners before, which have been really enjoyable times.
Finally, I'd like my flat-mate to have more or less the same point of view about this matter.
