2 master students looking for furnished apartment / 1 year

We are two master students and will study in Gent for a year. (2020-2021). We will study on development studies in the University of Ghent. We are looking for a place which has at least basic furnitures. We prefer an entire place to rent. We are clean and responsible. We did erasmus exchange in France and Germany before. That is why we are familiar with the responsibilities of being a tenant in a foreing European country. We're a couple that is why only 1 bedroom options are enough for us. About the financial issues, we both have guarantors and a seperate fund for our studies thay is why it is safe.
