Why did you choose to go to Gentbrugge, Belgium?

Because It seems to be a greet city.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

Three month. I will receive approximatively 400euros per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Gentbrugge?

Many students lives in rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom ( That is name a "Kot" in Belgium). Most of the student travel by bikes.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Gentbrugge to other students?

I recommend the city taht is very very nice! But I can't recommend the university because I was at Gent for an internship in a audiovisual studio.

What is the food like?

Near than french food. Nice!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Gentbrugge?

Yes and it's not easy to find one.

How much does it cost to live in Gentbrugge?

The life cost is a bit high but It's ok.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Many people speaks english and french so it's ok. Flamish is more harder to anderstand.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Gentbrugge from your city?

From valenciennes to Gent train and car are equal for the cost. But the car is faster.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Gentbrugge?

Yes, espiacially in the center of Gent.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Gentbrugge?

I recommend the local beers and there is a nice argentine restaurant in the center!

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The cathedrals and the castle in the center of Gent

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Gentbrugge in the future?

The Gent fests in July are very nice : it a complet festival!
