Ghent-Saint-Peters is the city's main railway station, and one of the hubs of Belgian railway traffic. From here there are trains that bring you to Bruges and Brussels in 30, and to Antwerp or Leuven in 50 minutes. There's also a train that takes you to Lille (FR) via Kortrijk, and a Thalys (High Speed Train) to Paris.
