Mancunian studying at the University of Genoa for a year, looking for accommodation in a friendly mixed flat

I'm an English student on an Erasmus year abroad. I enjoy going out, particularly to play sports and to watch football/calcio at the weekends. I also very much enjoy going out for drinks/a night out whenever too. 

I'm at the University of Genoa to study Italian, and I know enough to get by/have a conversation.

I'm open-minded, friendly and can easily go with the flow. I believe I have a decent sense of humour too and can have plenty of banter. I am a tidy and clean person and I respect shared/communal spaces like the living room and/or kitchen. I quite enjoy sharing my personal space/home with friends so hopefully whatever flat is offered allows for that. 

Ideally a decent-sized room comes with a double-sized bed and a window with plenty of natural light. The date mentioned is just precautionary, I'm sure I will be able to move in around one's schedule).

I am looking for a flat which accommodated both males and females (I put in random numbers for each boys and girls, whatever the number doesn't bother me) . I'm hoping that my flatmates more-or-less share the same mind-set as me, who too are also hoping to meet people from different areas looking to make a year abroad very fun. Ideally I'd like to share a flat with at least one Italian so my knowledge of the language can improve!
