My daughter, from Lisbon, Portugal, 20 years old and a friend of her, also student (girl 20 years old too) goes to Genova for study Program Erasmus in Facolta di Giurispudenza - Universotá degli studi di Genova.

They want to rent an apartment from 6 september 2016 to end of february 2017. They prefer an aptarment close to the Facolta di Giorispudenza - Universotá degli studi di Genova.

They desire that the the price includes the costs of electricity, water, internet, etc., looks for an apartment with furniture, bed sheets, blankets, and bath towels. They need information abou what kind of contract is made, what documentation is required, how is made the payment
