28 year old male looking for a studio in genoa

My name is Mohammad Saad Salim. I am currently looking for an accomodation for me alone. It should include a separate private washroom and separate private kitchen. I have an admission in University of Genoa in the PhD program. I would most probably arrive in Italy at the end of November or the start of December. I would like also to know the minimum duration that the contract will be available for. Moreover after few months my wife would also join me so if I like the accomodation I might stay for a longer period and renew my contract once it expires.
