31 year old Translation Student in search of Geneva area housing

Hello Erasmusu users and internet denizens! I'm Hanna, LA native via Finland, moving to the Geneva area (actually strongly prefer to live over in France) for the duration of my two year MA program in Translation. I'm pretty flexible as far as living situations go. I'm naturally quiet, calm, clean but am laid-back and don't really mind what people do in their own space. I prefer to be friends with my roommates, but what's most important is just that we get along. I'm also open to other kinds of living situations (sublets, families), so if you have any tips on where I can find a place to stay, I'm all ears.
