22 year old boy, looking for accommodation in Geneva from 1st September to the end of December

I'm a student from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland but I was born and raised in the south of Austria about 30 min from the Italian border. I will be doing an Erasmus Exchange Semester in Geneva as part of my Politics and International Relations course and to further improve upon my french. My mother tongue is German but I also speak English and Italian. My french definitely needs some work, and for that reason Geneva seems like the perfect place to go since it also works well with my course.
I hope I can find a room or flat for the duration. I don't mind pets and I'm pretty laid back concerning roommates. I have lived with people from all over the world including countries like Iran, Brazil, Scotland, Germany as well as of course Austria and Italy so I should be well prepared.
