Hello! I am a soon-to-be exchange student from Italy and I was looking for a room to rent for the February-June semester, possibly as close as possible to the University of Geneva. Max. 600 CHF. Feel free to message me!

RANDOM (AND LONG) FACTS ABOUT ME

I come from the magic little town of Como, and I am an International Relations student in Milan while, at the same time, I work for some youth politics institutions and think tanks. I chose to do my exchange program in Geneva because I believe that there is no better place than this city, which is the heart of so many international organizations, to fulfill my academic aims.

When I am not studying I try to do whatever I can find that has to do with politics, in order to try to be as much of an active citizen as possible and pursue my future ambitions.

Many of those activities were the reasons why I spent my late teenage years in the most random places of Europe, with people I could have not met otherwise and with whom I was able to have a huge network of international friends and I reached a high level of open mindedness.

I really want this new life experience as an exchange student to be like that, because sharing something like a living environment with other people, is a learning experience from which both parties can benefit.

Although I have lived with my parents for my whole life, I do have a wide experience of living as a guest with other people, since I used to be an aupair girl abroad, in the past years, so I know what to expect and what other people can expect from me and I recognize the value of certain things, such as respect and communication.

Just to insert some casual things that I do in my free time, since l love doing many other things other than the ones I mentioned earlier: my favourites, among others, are theater acting, traveling, baking, satisfying my thirst of knowledge, learning foreign languages (to this day, I can speak five of them) and writing. Obviously, I do common twenty year-old things, but those on top are the things that make me feel happy and always will.

To be honest, I would describe myself as a little bit of an introvert/reserved person, definitely not shy though, but as soon as I get to know people more in depth and I feel more comfortable with them I am able to show my personality to the fullest.

I do not however want to spoil my whole personality so I will stop here, but I am sure that you can catch a glimpse of how I am from the words I am writing.
