Erasmus student searching to rent a flat for 5 months

 We are two Erasmus students, both girls, accepted to Polish Naval Academy and our accomodation will last only 5 months. So we are searching to rent a flat fully furnished and equipped near to bus stations and the center of Gdynia. We want something economical as the Erasmus budget is kinda low. In any offer provided we would like to be informed about all other expenses such as electricity,water and Internet. We would prefer a flat with two bedrooms but in any other convenience we would have no problem with only one with a double bed.
