Apartment needed for rent

- Minumum stay: 1 month
I'm looking for an apartment for myself and my wife.
I'll be moving to Poland for a year.
We could live for a month and If we liked it...extend it by 6 months.
We are non-smokers and drink very rarely.
The place should be well maintained and ofcourse have proper amenities like furniture and heaters and geyser.
The security system should also be in place.
