Photography student looking for a room/studio/flat

In the end of September I'm moving to Gdansk to study photography at Academy of Fine Arts and will be there till the beginning of February.
I'm looking for a private room or a small studio apartment in Downtown. Walking distance to Academy (up to 30 minutes) is a priority so I will be happy with a room OR a small, really tiny apartment. The price has to be reasonable for Erasmus scholarship;)
