Gaziantep a city in Eastern Mediterranean region in Turkey. This city is very hot in summer. Winter is moist and humid relatively to the hinterland of Turkey. I will just share this ciger şişli izgari ( grill liver), kavurma ciğeri (braised liver), This is unbelievable so delicious this is among the delicious food I ever tested in Turkey.
