47 year old female graduate student looking for 1 bedroom dog friendly apartment

Hello, I am a 47-year-old female graduate student looking for a single, dog-friendly apartment within walking distance to NUIG. I need all amenities included such as washing machine and fully furnished. I am incredibly clean and responsible and always leave my living space better than I found it. My dog is a neutered, medium-sized shepherd-collie mix. He Heis my Emotional Support Animal. He has never had any complaints by neighbors and is well behaved and clean. (I could be open to sharing with one other woman if it is the right match.) I currently rent a room in Knocknacara, but need to be closer to campus, and my landlord can be a reference. Thank you.
