PhD student and her daughter who is a pupil are looking for accomodation in Freiburg

I hope that I could find a small apartment, maximum 2-room flat or studio. First of all, It should be a pleasant and hygienic place. I will live with my daughter who is 11 years old. As a pupil she is accepted at Freie Waldorfschule Freiburg - Rieselfeld. That's the reason I to prefer we to be accomodated in the area of Rieselfeld or the nearer located districts Betzenhausen, Lenen, Mundenhof, Haslash, Sankt Georgen, etc. It will be great, of course, if there is a lovely place for as in Altstadt. We will need two beds, a small kitchen or an area where I could cook, a fridge, a washing machine, wardrobes, writing-desk/bureau, a bath-room, etc.
