19 year old Physics student, looking for accommodation in Freiberg

Hello, I am a 19-year-old Integrated Science and Physics student from Canada, I will be researching over the summer at the University of Freiberg in their engineering deparment. I am clean, I am easy to get along with, and I'm just looking for somewhere that is cost effective to stay. I should note that I cannot speak German, but I do speak French, so hopefully we will have at least one commong language, but this isn't necessary. Please let me know what you have available.
