Female researcher is looking for accomodation closer to new European University of Frankfurt Oder Viadrina

I am a researcher of the University of Viadrina and searching for a shared apartment or a self-catered studio flat  come with furnishings and facilities allowing me to settle down for a long period. Need a secured environment. 

Heaters in the apartment is needed. WiFi and other extra amenities will be an added advantage. If the property is at the walking distance to the university is preferred.
