We are currently looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Neu-Isenburg to provide assisance to employees, recruitment, Human Resources Administration and facilities support.
You will be working with the international and local HR departments internally whilst providing administrative support for all HR processes such as contract creation, works council hearings, personnel file maintenance (digital and physical), master data maintenance and absence management.
In addition, you will be managing the notiification of entries, exits and transaction data to the external payroll service provider, support in the recruitment and hiring new staff, as well as organising Teambulding Events for remote employees.
You will have at least a year of practical experience in HR or in a similar function with experience in a multicultural environment preferred. You will need to have completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification in human resources. Having the ability to manage various areas of human resources and good business acumen in order to foster dialogue with internal customers with be required in this role. We are looking for someone who is computer literate (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams) and must be fluent in German and good in English. Understanding Polish or Romanian is a plus.
