Australian Coffee Shop in Florence Now Hiring

Melaleuca. A new Aussie bistrot and bakery opening in July in Firenze now hiring.
Seeking passionate baristas, cooks, bakers and counter attendants. Previous experience in third wave coffee a big plus but not essential. 
Cooks and bakers:
We aim to create healthy, colourful and fun food and drinks in a casual atmosphere. We make everything we can in our little shop from sourdoughs, ferments, and cultures to probiotic drinks and cocktails using fresh, local, ingredients. We do whatever we can to make things awesome!
Baristas:
Work with interesting single origin beans from across the planet on a fantastic la marzocco machine, make cold brews and dial in your grind to brew V 60s, aeropress etc.

Some experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidates.
