I'm an independant male. Good cook and easy to get on with. Very sociable. Irish & currently living in Paris. I work as an artist, painter and am taking 3 years out to study in the Angel Art Academy in Florence. It's situated at Via Nardo di Cione 10, 50121 Florence. I'm prepared to travel a few kilometers for the right location.

I'm looking for a space with access to a garden or terrace. I have a cat, he's neutered, 8 years of age, very friendly. I will be studying the majority of the time so it would be good to share the space with people who like animals. Age is not an issue.
